You will need:

1 cup cornstarch

2 cups baking soda

1 ¼ cups water

Saucepan

Large cooking spoon

Rolling pin

Cookie sheet


Optional:

Cookie cutters

Pizza rolling knife


In a saucepan, mix the cornstarch and baking soda together, and then add in the water. Keep stirring while cooking over low heat until the mixture has thickened.


Allow mixture to cool until comfortable to touch, and then knead.


Roll the dough until it is at the thickness required – thin for using the cookie cutters, or thicker for cutting out bricks for building projects.


Place the shapes on a cookie sheet and put in an oven on low heat. When dry, the dough will be white.
