BLOCKS/LEGO CHALLENGE #1
Create a Structure with a
Hidden Compartment
Did you know that the solid-looking, ancient pyramids of Egypt were built beginning 4,500 years ago with hidden entrances and compartments to safeguard the royal mummies and treasure buried inside?
Here are three videos about how the pyramids were built and what is inside them:

Archeologists use all their detective skills to find the entrances and follow the tunnels to galleries, burial, ritual, and treasure chambers. This is the now-uncovered entrance to the Great Pyramid of Cheops.

So, what do you think? Could you build a structure – and it doesn’t have to be a pyramid – that has a tunnel to a hidden compartment in it? Extra points if the entrance is hard to find!
